Grand Vintage 2015 is made from Pinot Noir (44%), Chardonnay (32%), and Meunier (24%) grapes. It is produced using the traditional or "Champenoise" method, in which the second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle in which it will be sold. It undergoes 5 years of aging in the winery, followed by a minimum of 6 months of aging after disgorgement.
